Does it fit in cup holders?

Both the 18oz and 24oz sizes are designed to fit securely in standard car cup holders.

 

Is the straw removable?    

The straw is completely removable. It's designed for easy cleaning and can be taken apart to wash thoroughly with a straw cleaning brush.

 

Will this leak? Is it easy to take on the go?    

Absolutely. It's designed for a worry-free, active lifestyle.

 

Can it keep drinks hot or drinks cold?    

It can keep beverages hot for approximately 12 hours. For safety, it's advisable not to fill it with liquids above 65°C (149°F) to prevent any risk of scalding. Always handle with care when containing hot liquids.

Can I wash this in the dishwasher?    

We recommend partial dishwasher use for best results. While the lid is dishwasher safe (top rack recommended), the stainless steel tumbler body itself should be hand washed.（The stainless steel cup has a label on the bottom indicating that it is hand wash only.） This helps protect its insulated walls and exterior finish from potential wear in the dishwasher. Always ensure all components are fully dry before reassembling for storage.

 

Where can I find the size/dimensions of each bottle?    

You can find the detailed dimensions (like height and base diameter) and capacities for each size (e.g., 18oz, 24oz) clearly listed in our product images. Please check the infographic pictures in the main image gallery or the specific “Specifications” image for exact measurements.

 

What exactly does the 12-month warranty cover?    

12-month warranty, which begins upon product activation, covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. If your tumbler encounters such issues within this period, please contact our customer service team with your order details. We will assess the specific situation and provide a resolution, which may include repair or replacement as warranted.

 

Can I put other beverages in there besides water?

Of course, you can put hot coffee, beverages, milkshakes, etc. in it. To prevent mold growth under the straw lid, if you use a cup for juice, smoothies, etc., you need to clean the cup lid and the area around the straw thoroughly after use.

 

When will my order be delivered?

Our products will be shipped from our US warehouse, and delivery usually takes 3-7 business days after we ship them. There may be delays during holidays.

 

The lid with straw hits your nose or head when you drink water?

When we press the button to open the water bottle and drink, the lid might touch our face. In this case, we simply need to press the lid down further, and then we can drink without the lid touching our face or nose.
